Paul David Tripp is the president of Paul Tripp Ministries, a nonprofit organization, whose mission statement is “Connecting the transforming power of Jesus Christ to everyday life.” This mission leads Paul to weekly speaking engagements around the world. In addition to being a gifted communicator and sought after conference speaker with Paul Tripp Ministries, Paul is on the pastoral staff at Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he preaches on Sunday evenings and leads the Ministry to Center City. Paul is also Professor of Pastoral Life and Care at Redeemer Seminary in Dallas, Texas and has taught at respected institutions worldwide. As an author, Paul has written ten books on Christian Living that are read and distributed internationally. He has been married for many years to Luella and they have four grown children.
Mark Prater serves as an Executive Pastor and currently oversees the Family Life Ministry of Covenant Fellowship, a Sovereign Grace church. He rejoined the Covenant Fellowship staff in 2002. Previously he lead a team of people to plant Providence Church of Pittsburgh in 1996. He has completed graduate course work at the Reformed Presbyterian Seminary in Pittsburgh. Mark and his wife, Jill, have three married daughters. They make their home in West Chester.
Andy Farmer joined the Covenant Fellowship staff in 1993. He currently oversees the counseling ministry of the church. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in 1981 and is currently enrolled in Westminster Seminary’s Counseling Masters program. Andy is the author of The Rich Single Life. Andy and his wife, Jill live in West Chester, and have four children, one of which is married.
Mike Wilkerson leads the counseling and Redemption Group ministries at the Ballard campus of Mars Hill Church in Seattle, WA as Pastor of Biblical Living. He is the author of a forthcoming book from Crossway entitled Redemption that serves as the content platform for these ministries across all Mars Hill campuses, and is co-architect of Mars Hill’s discipleship strategy, which aligns Community Groups, Redemption Groups, and Biblical Counseling together under the leadership of Mars Hill’s preaching ministry. Before joining Mars Hill’s staff as a pastor, he worked as a software engineer in Seattle’s tech industry. Mike and his wife Trisha have four young children.
James Noriega has been a pastor at Mars Hill Church in Seattle for three and a half years as co-pastor of Redemption Groups and Biblical Counseling. He served for two years as a Pastor at Doxa Church before it became the West Seattle Campus of Mars Hill Church. James has been a biblical counselor, specializing in addiction, for nine years, including four years as a recovery counselor. James met Jesus in 1998, having come to the end of himself in addiction and self love. He is a man passionate to help people turn away from themselves and their false idols and turn back to a right worship of the Most Holy God. He lives with his lovely wife, Gina, and their daughter, Kaitlyn, in West Seattle.
Lee Lewis has been on staff at The Village since 2006, overseeing the Pastoral Care department. Lee also has a part time practice in the community as a Biblical counselor. He completed his Bachelor degree in Theology from Hardin Simmons University in 2001, and then moved to New Orleans where he completed graduate work in marriage and family counseling at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Lee is married to Andrea, and they have two boys.
Michael Snetzer serves as the Recovery and Reconciliation Pastor at The Village Church. He came on staff at the church in April 2007. Additionally, Michael is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is in part-time private practice at the Center for Christian Counseling. Michael received a Masters degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. Michael is married to Sonia, and they have two daughters.
Robert Cheong serves as Pastor of Care and Counseling at Sojourn Community Church. He came on staff in March 2006 and is responsible for training coaching couples for gospel ministry in the community group network and oversees the counseling and care within the church. Robert has a Ph.D. in Pastoral Theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Before seminary, Robert served in the United States Navy and worked with Michelin Tire Corporation. Robert is married to Karen, and they have three grown children.
Nathan Ivey serves as Director of Seed, the mercy ministry of Sojourn. He came on staff in April 2007 and is responsible for visioning, equipping, and mobilizing the Sojourn body to engage in gospel ministry in the surrounding neighborhoods. Nathan worked in the mergers and acquisition world before moving to Louisville to pursue theological education. Nathan is married to Kristi and they are expecting their first child.
